S.D.M. GOVT. P.G. COLLEGE, DOIWALA

National Cadet Corps (NCC) functions with the motto of "Unity and Discipline". It aims to develop create a human resource which is organized, trained and motivated youth; youth to take up career in armed forces and to develop character, comradeship, discipline, secular outlook, spirit of adventure, sportsmanship, ideals of selfless service among the youth. In S.D.M. Govt. P.G. College, Doiwala the unit was established in the year 2018. Imbibing the motto and aim of NCC, cadets of 29 UK Bn, S.D.M. Govt. P.G. College, Doiwala exhibit the spirit of NCC.
In the current session, Cdt. Savita was selected till pre RDC parade and cdt. Pramod Singh was felicitated on NCC day. The following was organized with great zeal by NCC cadets:

1. Fit India Campaign online awareness on 23 August, 2020.
2. Atma Nirbhar Bharat Campaign on 8 August, 2020.
3. Tree plantation activity on 24 July, 2020.
4. COVID-19 voluntary services were provided by NCC cadets from 25April, 2020 to 17 May, 2020 in Police Station, Doiwala, Dehradun.
